Terrence Isaac Sr. started at RCTC in the fall of 2022 as the Yellowjackets Head Football Coach. Terrence Isaac is no stranger to the MCAC and played on two state championship teams from 1995-1997, while also earning NJCAA All-American honors in 1997 at Vermilion Community College. As a All-American football player, he compiled 31 touchdowns in two years and racked up 132 catches. After Vermilion, Isaac went on to play football at Texas A&M Commerce and Midwestern State in Texas. After college, he went on to play arena league football and was invited to training camp with the Dallas Cowboys and the Kansas City Chiefs. Isaac began coaching in 2005 and has won 3 State Championships as a coach with two of them being head coach.

Coach Isaac spent the 2020-21 seasons as head coach at his alma mater Vermilion Community College.

Coach Isaac has had great success at the high school level compiling a 56-29 record. He has engineered some of highest scoring offenses in high school football. In 2015 Isaac's balanced attack averaged 502 yards per game which ranked 8th in the nation. That year, A plus Academy averaged 38 points per game while on their way to back to back State champions. Isaac was named TCSAA coach of the year in 2014 and 2015

 From 2017-2020, Coach Isaac led Green Oaks Performing  Arts to the playoffs 3 out of 4 years and has sent several athletes to D1 schools. While at Green Oaks, Isaac's offenses finished top 10 in the State in total yards and points per game all 4 years. In 2020, Coach Isaac was named district 1 3A Coach  of the Year!  Isaac was 4-0 in the rival Soul Bowl game and he was 8-4 in district play.

Coach Isaac has had a non profit organization since 2008 called Dad for Life, where he mentors and give guidance to young men without father's. Coach Isaac has dedicated countless hours making an impact in the lives of the young men that he mentors.

Coach Isaac is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and is married to Candice. They have three children Amayah, Terrence, and Kaiya.
