Dustin Beard began his RCTC coaching career in 2022.  He spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons at Vermilion Community College. Beard is a student of the game with vast experience at the receiver position, and he'll be taking the lead of a talented group of wide-outs as the Wide Receivers coach and special teams coordinator.

Beard comes to RCTC from the United States Navy where he recently was honorably discharged as an enlisted sailor. He hopes to bring the same core values of his Naval career:  Honor, Courage and Commitment to the Yellowjacket Program.

Originally from Houston, Texas. He is married to Tiffany Beard with one young son, Rustin.
